Sponsorship Opportunities

Partner with us to strengthen and advance library social work

Now in its second year, this annual event brings together library social workers and library-based social services professionals from across North America to exchange innovative practices, share lessons learned, explore emerging ideas at the intersection of libraries and social work, and build connections with other professionals in the field. Libraries are crucial access points for individuals facing housing insecurity, mental health challenges, and other social issues associated with human vulnerability, and library social workers support patrons with these needs, help increase access to needed resources and services, and reduce stress and strain for library staff.

In the first event of its kind, the 2025 conference’s registrants represented 51 libraries from 23 states and two countries. As word has spread about the impact of last year’s inaugural conference, this year’s conference is expected to attract an even bigger crowd! As a sponsor, you have the opportunity to support library social work professionals from across North America as they grow in their practice and strengthen the field together. Your support will help cover the associated costs of an in-person gathering and reduce the burden on any one library social worker or their library.

    • Exclusive placement of logo on either conference registrants’ notepads or lanyards (one platinum sponsor will be featured exclusively on each item)

    • Registration fee for two library social workers (for sponsors that have library social workers) or sponsorship of two library social workers (for sponsors that don’t have library social workers)

    • Acknowledgement during the conference welcome remarks, with an opportunity to provide a short pre-recorded or written message to share with attendees
